For maximum cooling efficiency, the Explorer Insulin Travel Cooler – Medical Travel Case combines its Biogel cooling pack with the USB-powered lid. This dual cooling method ensures your insulin and medicines stay cool for up to three days, even in the height of summer.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Prepare the Biogel Cooling Pack: Give it a good shake, up and down, four or five times to evenly distribute the gel.
2. Freeze the Cooling Pack: Pop it into the freezer for 6–8 hours. No worries if it stays frozen longer—it’s perfectly fine!
3. Activate the Pack: Before using, submerge the frozen cooling pack in lukewarm tap water for 2–3 minutes to remove frost and prevent the risk of freezing your medications. If warm water isn’t available, leave it at room temperature for 15–20 minutes instead.
4. Dry and Load: Towel-dry the pack, then place it into the cooling compartment alongside your insulin or medicines.
5. Seal and Power Up: Secure the USB lid and connect it to a USB power source. That’s all there is to it!

2. COOLING CASE MODE

1. Switch the Lid: Replace your cooler’s USB lid with the regular lid.
