It couldn't be simpler! Submerge the inner cooling wallet in cold water and leave to soak for 20–30 minutes. Then gently manipulate the wallet to spread the crystals evenly across all panels. Pat dry with a towel, then leave to air dry for around 5 minutes so the crystals can soak up any remaining surface moisture. Once semi-dry to the touch, pop the activated inner wallet back into its outer protective cover, add your medicines, and you're ready for up to 45 hours of temperature-controlled storage.
